Step one: buy old 5.1 surround sound system for $25
Step two: set it up your new tunes in small room with comfortable chair/bed (smaller room = more immersive)
Step three (optional): consume mind altering substance(s) of choice
Step four: turn off the lights and blast Hans Zimmer x Christopher Nolan soundtracks. You didn’t hear this from me, but apparently these are available in very high, if questionably legal, quality on something called YouTube.
Step five: forget where you left your body

Animated movies have good soundtracks as well.

That’s true. This applies to basically any good soundtrack. I just happened to try it with Interstellar because I’m obsessed with that movie right now haha.

Interstellar soundtrack was amazing. Also some games have super dramatic soundtracks.

In keeping with the Interstellar theme, have some organ music

I approve of anything mind altering and Hans Zimmer. Also check out the Halo 1 and 2 Official sound tracks, mind blowing as well.
